The company was established in 1996 by the team of Jim Babcock and Anita DelVecchio Babcock. Jim, a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (#RZ0001263), holds the designation of Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers and has more than 30 years of real estate experience. In addition, both Jim and Anita are licensed Florida Real Estate Brokers and members of several professional real estate organizations. Colleen Quick, a Registered Assistant Appraiser, joined the team in 1999 and contributes valuable assistance and solid experience in the area of residential real estate appraisals.
